Who are we?

MBAVIATION is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on the Site.
Personal data protection regulations
There are different texts of international, European or national scope which are now applicable in the field of personal data protection. The main ones are:
Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer science, files and freedoms.

Respect for the identity, freedoms and rights of users and visitors to the Site is a major concern of MBAviation, which is committed to compliance with European and French regulations in this field, in particular, the Law of 6th January 1978, known as the “Information Technology Law and Freedoms” and the EU Regulation 2016/679, said “RGPD”.
Use of personal data collected
The use of certain services offered on the Site may result in the collection and processing of your personal data.
In general, your data is collected by MBAviation in order to manage its customer and prospect files.
MBAviation collects data via the contact form and the questionnaires on the Site, relating to your name, your e-mail address, the subject and the message you wish to send.
This data is collected so that MBAviation can respond to your message and identify you if you are already a customer, where applicable.
All personal data requested of you as part of both the contact form and questionnaire are necessary for MBAviation to provide its services properly.

Recipients of the data
MBAviation’s duly authorized personnel are the sole recipients of the data collected on the Site.
MBAviation shall not disclose such data to any third party.
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Rights of access, opposition, limitation and rectification of data
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have a right of access to personal data, of rectification or deletion of that data, of limitation of the processing or of the right to oppose the said processing.

Right to data portability

Right to file a claim with the CNIL
You are informed that you have the right to refer to the CNIL in the event of failure by MBAviation to comply with legal and regulatory provisions in the management of your personal data.

Data retention time
Personal data collected on the Site is only retained for a period of time strictly necessary for the management of the business relationship.
If you are simply a prospect of MBAviation, the data collected from you on the Site is retained by MBAviation for a period of three (3) years following your last contact with MBAviation.
If you are already a customer of MBAviation, the data collected from you on the Site is retained for a period of five (5) years following the year during which the contract between you and MBAviation ends. This is the legal time limit for prescription. However, your data may not be used, for sales prospecting purposes only, for a period of three (3) years after the end of the business relationship.
Should you exercise of the right of access or rectification, the data relating to identity documents shall be kept for the period provided for in Article 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e., one (1) year.
Should you exercise the right of opposition, the data relating to identification documents may be archived during the period of limitation provided for in Article 8 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e., three (3) years.
Should you exercise your right of objection to receiving commercial prospecting, the data necessary to take account of the exercise of your right, such as your e-mail address, are retained for three (3) years from the exercise of your right and may not be used for any other purpose.
